translation terminology editing

Professional and quality translation services do cost more – but it will cost you even more if you don’t use them!

My rates reflect the end product and the quality you will get: perfect without any need for further twitching (and hence extra costs). Furthermore, my prices are lower than what you would get from large translation agencies, since you avoid the middleman.

Rates vary depending on language combination, field, quality and format of your source text, desired delivery time, etc. Translation is usually charged by source word, i.e. word count of the original text, or by the hour. Proofreading and editing are charged by the hour.

For a non-binding quote, send me an e-mail and I will get back to you within 24 hours with an easy-to-understand, honest pricing. Due to the many factors affecting a translation, it is difficult to give an exact cost of a project without seeing the document. Therefore, it helps if you can attach your text or a sample of it, preferably in Word format. Please also give as much detail as possible about your project:

 language combination (e.g. from English into Greek);

* text quantity (e.g. word count);

* format of the original (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, html, etc.);

target group (e.g. layman, consumers, specialists, etc.);

* field (e.g. business, technical, IT, etc.); 2008-2015
